- Use the add-an-attraction form. It takes a minute, and we review every submission within a few days.
- Correct a mistake

- Editorial enquiries, press, partnerships
- Email [email protected]. We answer most non-urgent messages within three working days.
- Privacy, data deletion, GDPR requests
- Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days, per the GDPR statutory window, and usually much sooner.
- Security reports
- Email [email protected] with a brief description of the issue. Please give us a reasonable window to respond before public disclosure.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge every message within three working days. Urgent corrections (a closed venue, an unsafe place still listed) are usually handled the same day if the message arrives during European working hours.
What we cannot help with
- Booking tickets, accommodation or transport — Super Tours is a directory, not a reseller. Use the official website linked on each attraction page.
- Disputing a Google Maps rating — those reviews are written and managed by Google users, not by us. Each attraction page links to Google Maps where you can leave or respond to a review directly.
- Removing your business listing — every attraction on Super Tours is a publicly-known place catalogued from Google Maps. If you represent a venue and want to update its facts, email [email protected].
