Great location. Note the plaza is on a pedestrian walkway which is common in old towns. You will walk a small distance and local taxi drivers a very familiar with the area. Comfortable room. Enjoyed lunch in the restaurant located on the property. Very helpful staff. I would stay here again.

The staff was so wondeful. We loved lounging by the pool with our picnic and we also loved having dinner in the courtyard. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels so cozy. We truly enjoyed our time there and will certainly come back.

If you arrive by train and need a taxi, it’s best to book before arrival. There was one taxi when u arrived and 30 people waiting in the sun. The public transport at the fast train station was a disaster. Hoards of people piling on Bus 11 & 12 and many more waiting without any protection from the hot sun. The Municipal Council or Renfe need to provide better transportation services to the historic area. Perhaps a series of mini buses might help.

while it's possible to do some of Segovia with a wheelchair, much of it is cobblestone or other rough pavement, and many museums, churches, etc. are not accessible. Suggest you try Seville or Toledo for better wheelchair access.

I like Segovia in general, and I liked most the Alcazar and the Cathedral especially at night. The place is not that populous that's why they maintain the cleanliness of the town. I liked the landscape because it was green, old houses in the town center is preserved. No tall buildings, just trees :) Old restaurants are also preserved like the Meson de Candido where we ate the famous Cochinillo, Cordero de lechazo, Callos Guisados, Sopa Castellana...wow!!! When you happen to book an accommodation right at the town center, you're lucky because it is near to everything, supermarkets, bus stops, tourist spots, restaurants, bar, etc.

Sergovia is a quaint town famous for its aqueduct. You can do it all in one day. So either plan a day trip from Madrid or book just one overnight stay.
They is no retail centre to the town and I only two tiny convenience stores that we found - so pack accordingly!

Segovia is a beautiful walkable city. The highlight was the Alcazar and the view from the tower. The aqueduct is impressive. Could have spent more time in the cathedral. Was disappointed with the Jewish Educational center as it seemed lacking in depth.

We loved this old city.
We loved this old city. The Roman aqueduct was a sight to see. Built over 2000 years to carry water from the hills and was used up till 1975. That is amazing. We stayed a night right in the centre of Segovia so was nice to see day and at night. The church area is wonderful and great views from the walls.

This studio (with a great kitchen-ette) is located super close to the Aqueduct and Cathedral, yet just far enough to be quiet... Spain cities are so ALIVE, all night long..., that when considering a great place to stay in Segovia where you can completely enjoy the sites, receive EXCELLENT recommendations from the host and... sleep, THIS is definitely the right place!!
Location is great if you are driving a car. It is on a central road with easy access to the hotel. There is car parking at the hotel, which is great to have. It is an easy stroll from the hotel to the old part of Segovia and all of the main tourist attractions - literally 10 minutes walk to the aqueduct. Staff are great.
The AC was working, but because the appartment was a bit too big it was still really cold, especially the floors. However everything else is wonderful, there is a storage place, you have the assistance from the reception in the nearest hotel. The check-in is 24/7, located in the center of Segovia, very clean and modern.
We were on a motor bike tour of Spain and after a long day we thoroughly enjoyed a swim in the pool and a relaxing glass of wine in the garden. We ate out on the patio in the evening and had a good night’s sleep.
Great little holiday. If you’re driving, I would advise contacting hotel prior to get the car park location. As Segovia was never designed for cars and one way system is very difficult to navigate.
