Super, everything on hig lvl. room/bed/bathroom and very tasty breakfast with many dishes and drinks. Localization was also great.

I had the best experience at this hotel, the staff were more than amazing and the kindest ever. Special thanks for the staff in the reception and the manager in charge for making my stay exceptional. From how i was happy and satisfied I think no word could express my gratitude and thankfulness towards the best service I received. Definitely, I will never change this hotel when visiting Dubai again and I’ll be booking it for my next future stays. Thankyou again

Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. If you're planning a trip to Dubai, don't think twice One&Only is the place to stay. You won’t regret it.

I loved the hotel and it will be my base in Dubai Marina, the indian (south asian receptionist was very good) as for other receptionist i don’t think they match the quality of that great hotel , they lack many things and are not serious for that kind of job
