The villa is just perfect. It has everything you need. The room they gave us was very big. They had coffee and tea for the guest. (Most places I stayed didn't have coffee or tea in Balkans.) The host was very kind and helpful. She helped us with paying the tourist tax.(She paid online and we didn't have any problem while leaving the Montenegro.)

For the price we paid, this hotel was a good choice, all things considered.
1) Terrific staff and hospitality, doing whatever they can to help. Truly going above and beyond.
2) Valet service for free - They offer to keep your car keys so that they could park or move your car for you instead of calling you to move your car (should you block someone trying to exit the underground parking).
3) The second room we were in was spacious and on the 4th (top) floor.
4) The hotel's rooms and floors all look new, as this hotel is new. All facilities are also very clean.

Really Good location. The person at the reception upgraded us to a one-bedroom property and the scenic Becici beach from the terrace is nice. Really worth the money I paid. Stefan our server for the breakfast was also very good. Loved everything. Would recommend everyone to stay here if you are in Budva!

And the surprise for my friend's birthday was fine too! Two of the receptionists did an okay/good job, that's all.

Budva is a very interesting city. Its essentially a new city within a new country of Montenegro. It has the potential to be a future hot spot in Eastern Europe. The infrastructure and airport is a bit rough...but well within reach of being wonderful - in fact the construction project are underway. After speaking with the President of Montenegro, he is steadfast to make Montenegro the place to be. It just takes time.
I will return one day in the future.

Budva is a stunning, hidden gem!
Budva is a stunning, hidden gem! Our favorite beach was Sveti Stefan and we also loved eating and drinking in old town and along the promenade. We wished we had time to take a boat tour and visit the Hawaii island and also wished we had done a guided city tour to learn the history of Budva and Montenegro. The Citadel was stunning!!

Budva is ruined by unregulated construction.
Budva is ruined by unregulated construction. The only nice part is the old town. The rest is an ugly, dirty urban jungle with no pavements and stinking garbage. Worth a day's visit out of holiday season.

We was 10 days in Montenegro.
We was 10 days in Montenegro. For me personally it was too long - 7 days is enough to explore all country and there will be time for relaxing too.
Was little disappointed in Sveti Stefan area, but Budva was great. We had best experience in Kotor and Perast.

I liked the way, you could walk all around all the different beaches, through the market, and around the old town. Views were spectacular. Except for Hawaii island apart from a small church that you could not go in, it was scruffy. Most places take only cash no cards. Had a tour to Skala Lake, came with a Montenegro breakfast delish. and a liqueur WOW. then a meal I had the fish it came with head and tail which some people did not like but it came off the bone very easy I enjoyed it, but some people had the chicken or pork and they did not like it, did not look good either, but my Grandson had a vegetarian which was not too bad. We both enjoyed the trip, and recommend. Cetinje we got a bus from Budva bus station. 5.80Euros 1 way and walked around saw lots, very pretty town, then went to Monastery with remains of St Johns hand in.

Good location in center city with normal price. Landlord is a good Montenegrin who speaks English very well. Good view for window. Good big double bed. Good a shower and bathroom.
If you want to work on the big work table this apartment has a big work table because a big work table is a rarity in an apartment in Montenegro. I liked it.
If I stay in Budva again I will stay in this apartment again with pleasure.
Everything was perfect on this stay! The room is very comfortable. The shower is very nice! Everything what you need is there. This hotel is not only very nice, but is is very personal. The hostess is extreme friendly and want to help you with everything. The breakfast is also really delicious and fresh prepared. I recommend anyone going to montenegro to stay in this hotel! The old town is very near.
Maria, the hotel's administrator was extremely friendly, helpful and kind, she even gave us some tips on traveling in Montenegro and how everything works there! Her advice was extremely helpful!
The pool and the view from it was amazing, you could relax and have some quiet time without being distracted by the bustling city of Budva, which you were able to view from the pool itself.
Great location to see Montenegro. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily. 10 min walk to main bus station, 20 mins walk to old town. Local buses close by. 2 wonderful local coffee shops and bakery within 5 mins of the hotel. Cute pool with lounges. Free water in reception as tap water not advised. Staff wonderful, helpful and caring over guests.
The location was perfect, and people working in the were quite nice and helpful. I was very easy to communicate. I highly recommend this place for accommodation to people who would like to come and visit Budva, Montenegro.
