    A small resort town on the Costa Blanca, famous for its beaches and numerous skyscrapers. Eight of the twenty tallest buildings in Spain are located in Benidorm. Most of them are hotels filled with vacationers during the season. In a smooth arc they encircle the two best beaches of the coast — Levante and Poniente.     Mediterranean Balcony

The unique structure accommodates 269 superior apartments. Due to some difficulties, the construction of the skyscraper was carried out for almost 8 years, the official opening took place in 2014.

In 2011, the reconstruction of the structure was carried out. There is a simple walking route from the park to it, with a small height difference and several viewing platforms. Along the way, you can see the ruins of a watchtower and an ochre mine. A maritime museum is open in the lighthouse building. Admission is free.

The climb up the mountain is quite winding and steep, takes an average of 1 hour. But the observation deck offers the best panoramic views of the whole of Benidorm and its surroundings. At night, the cross is illuminated by spotlights, and from afar it seems that it just floats in the air.
