• The ventilation system in the room was working very well and properly. Similarly, the windows in the room type we stayed in (Comfort Double Room Garden Side) could be easily opened and closed halfway or fully.
• The staff at the reception and other employees were helpful in every way.
• The waiting areas in the lobby and the surroundings inside the hotel were very good and clean.
• The lighting in the room was very good and sufficient.
• The television and other electronic products were working properly. We did not experience any problems.
• The hotel was within walking distance of the center and close to many markets.

Overall, a good hotel in a convenient location. I would stay there again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only minor issue, A/C was not very cold. We had it on max all weekend, and it was just barely sufficient. (We did not ask for help since the temperature was not too hot. But if warmer later in summer, would have needed to.) Otherwise, all good.

1. The manager proactively offered a early check in!
2. Location is nice!
3. They had some bread for free at the check in lounge.
4. In the restroom, there is a heating rack. Because of it, I was able to dry a pair of completely wet pants in 1 night.
5. I went to the front desk and asked for a cup of hot water, and they offered it without charging me (that machine does normally take money, from what I can tell)

Renowned for its stunning architecture and the world’s largest fair, Oktoberfest, Munich needs little introduction. Its vibrant cultural scene, great shopping and fantastic museums speak for themselves.
Munich has something for everyone: from historic palaces and castles, to stunning royal avenues to world class galleries and museums. Don't miss the new city hall, or Glockenspiel, in the heart of Marienplatz or the former residence of the Bavarian kings, the Residenz. Munich is also home to the world’s most famous beer hall, the Hofbräuhaus.
For great shopping, Karlsplatz is a pedestrian zone which takes up much of the city centre and the upscale area around Maximilianstrasse is yet another commercial wonderland. Munich is famous for its food too, so make sure you try the local Weißwurst, Leberkässemmeln and other popular pork dishes.
Thanks to efficient S-Bahn train, getting to the city center from Germany’s second busiest airport, Munich International Airport is quick and easy. Whether you’re looking for luxury hotels, youth hostels or comfortable apartments, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for your Munich visit.

The city center is really beautiful with many small shops and bigger sized shopping centers. The city is really clean, and everybody can find something for themselves.
As for the public transport we only used U-Bahn and it is easy to use, really quick and practical option to travel to different parts of the city.
I was also fairly surprised how much green ground is in the city, there are many parks around, but the biggest one is the English garden right next to city center withing walking distance.
I will be for sure visitin again since there is more to explore, but so far I really recommend visiting the city.

We had very little time in Munich, but enjoyed the Marienplatz, the Glockenspiel performance, the old town, the beautiful open green space near the museums close to the hotel, and eating at Hofbräuhaus. The city was so clean and people were polite. I tried my best to speak German as I am just learning, but the German people were so accommodating and patient with me while I attempted their beautiful language.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Munich City East. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean – a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit.
Service was top-notch, and I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Whether you're visiting Munich for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. Great value, excellent hospitality, and a very convenient location. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I liked the city, although the area around the train station is crowded and full of all kinds of people, some of them not particularly friendly. The city is (for the most part) clean, public transport is expensive but efficient. Of course, there are plenty of great tourist attractions.

We stayed for 1.5 days.
Half day of getting settled into our hotel and going on the train on the MVGO app, we went to Marienplatz and found somewhere for dinner, Haufbrau Haus.
Day 1: went back to Marienplatz and went to the markt there, we then rented bikes with child seats and explored the English gardens. There is a lot of playgrounds and bier gardens surrounded by beautiful landscape.
We returned our bikes and walked around the old town and trained back to our hotel.

Great city, easy to get around on the u bahn and trams, get a ticket at the airport and you can use it all without worrying unless you go a long way out of the city. We bought a white zone ticket for two, for 3 days plus to and from airport for 82 euros. Train runs to and from airport around the clock. Lots of museums etc. The parks are really good and usually have a beer garden! We usually stay in the University district as it's lively and plenty of places to eat. Bit noisy in the evening but never seen any trouble. Customer service is good but don't expect any pleasantries or friendly chat. We have been visiting for years as family are there, still things we haven't seen.

The hotel has the right location for exploring the city centre. The breakfast is very good and you have a very calm atmosphere..The staff is incredible efficient-they are so good that you can’t understand when they do things!During morning there is no noise. So in one word-just perfect! We come often during the year in Munich, but from now on we know where to stay!
On the outskirts of Munich, but U-Bahn is 250m, and it's 10 minutes away from the city centre. Parking in the underground garage, it cost 12€ per night but well worth it. The room was spacious on two levels, and the breakfast was good. Next time we are in Munich, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Empress Boutique Hotel
Spacious room, cleaning service every day. Location is fine, though not a walking distance from the city centre and the main tourist attractions. A tram stop is nearby but the ticketing system in Munich is a bit cumbersome. Not the Hotel's fault. I didn't try breakfast in the hotel, so I can't tell much about it.
Clean & very quiet room with very friendly front desk staff. Hotel is close to Munich station and around a 25 minute walk to the old city centre. Great base for exploring Bavaria by train.
