Located in the Hoan Kiem District district in Hanoi, Serene Central Hotel offers 4-star rooms with free WiFi. The hotel was very conveniently located and was very close to downtown, within walking distance from all of the places that we wanted to visit. We didn't need to use any public transportation. The staff, especially Christina, were all incredibly helpful and frequently helped us to plan our daily itinerary and made sure that we were always well taken care of. The breakfasts were consistently tasty and were excellent for a hotel in this price range.

In a prime location in Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.

It was clean, breakfast was amazing, there was a pool so you could chat with other travellers the location great and the staff was great

Beautiful hotel located in position A. We had a great time in Da Nang, largely due this picturesque hotel in a convenient location.

I have visited mamy hotels, but this one was by far the best I have stayed in. From breakfast and room to spa service, everything was perfect.
