The city of Vienna is just adorable.
We travelled with our kids therefore we visited only Prater, Vienna-s zoo and the centar of the city in this 2 days but we enjoyed a lot.
Since I can't eat gluten, we ate at the Zum Wohl restaurant where all the food is 100% gluten-free and lactose-free. Everything was delicious, and not expensive but is better to book in advance because it can get crowded.

We really enjoyed the walkability and cleanliness of the city. It was so easy to get around and see the sights, and the public transportation was also very user friendly. In fact, we bought the 7-day subway pass and used it on the subway and tram all week. The museums offer something for everyone. You can definitely get your fill of palaces, too, if that is your desire. We found that one palace sufficed. We also enjoyed the Sigmund Freud museum, the area around the Danube, the shopping everywhere, especially district 7, and the Schwartenberg Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning!

Vienna is a beautiful city with so many options for activities. It is impossible to see everything but some highlights were the Albertina art gallery, particularly the Matthew Wong, Van Gogh exhibition. Schonnbrun palace is well worth a visit and I recommend the carriage museum, especially as the palace itself can be very busy and I recommend you book this in advance. I also recommend a classical music concert and Mozart house.

there is a lot to see in Vienna. should keep a day to visit the Schoenbrum palace and arrive early. the Imperial museum is next door.
The rest of places are in the old town and walkable. Need to book the orchestra in advance. Can climb the tower in St Stephen Cathedral or use a lift in the other Tower. Naschmarket is great for food. need 3 days to see everything in Vienna.

Vienna is one of the beautiful capital cities of Central Europe. Once the seat of the Austro-Hungarian empire, you can truly feel the regalness in the air. It may take some time to get used to the Viennese but once you realise that their countenance is just the culture, you’ll fit right in.

My first time in Vienna but it will not be my last.
My first time in Vienna but it will not be my last. There was so much to see and do. Everytime we did something and ticked it off our list we then added another two items to it. Everywhere we ate was so good.

Rioca is truly in a league of its own, by far the best accomodation we have booked. The distance to the city centre is compensated by great metro, tram and airport train connections. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed free coffee from Rioca. The room was cleaned, with a modern style and impressive facilities including TV, AC, bluetooth sound system, bed with RGB ambiental lighting, fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and hair dryer.
We loved Rioca and will definetly book again next time in Vienna.
The hotel is in a great location - very close to an underground station so it's perfect for exploring Vienna. You can also walk to the city centre from the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants.
Our room was nice and clean - although be aware that the shower is inside the room, with only a curtain to separate the bed from the shower.
Breakfast is lovely - good coffe and excellent bread & croissants. There is free coffee available from the common room all day.
Spacious rooms that were clean. The bathroom was large and immaculate. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge array of options. The location is right next to Schönbrunn Palace which was nice. The city centre was a few stops away on the train but this was no issue as there was metro direct line literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The overall feel of the hotel was old-style grandeur which was a perfect stay for Vienna.
The aparthotel is next to the metro line, which takes you right in the city centre.
It has large rooms with a tiny kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very clean, very comfy. Not to forget about the free water and coffee in the lobby.
We liked it very much and it is a lovely place to stay if you are visiting Vienna.
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and good snack options in the lobby. Although it’s outside of Vienna city centre, the hotel is only 10-15 minutes by train from the main attractions. There aren’t many restaurants nearby but there are good takeaway options.
