Staff were amazing from the very start. Hotel was so chic. Loved the location, perfect for our concert at the Albert Hall (across the road), well placed for train stations, shops, 10-15mins from Cathedral and John Rylands Library. Fantastic restaurants, bars and brunch spots close by. Beautifully designed wellness facilities, peaceful ambience set by the team with scents and sounds. Very spacious rooms, loved the separate bath and shower. And there was proper space between the twin beds. Everything was immaculately clean. Liked the free use of robe/slippers/toiletries and water provided.

I love Manchester. It's an industrious city. Public transport is very good. People are generally friendly and not snobbish.
I have however seldom seen people so scantly dressed walking around the city. Definitly not shy.

Staying at Salford Quays, gave us the opportunity to explore the area including a visit to the Imperial War Museum, an informative boat trip of docks and river into Manchester. Enjoying the many restaurants and bars in media city and the quays. With plenty of tram stop to access many places or buses.

The Hilton hotel Deansgate is the best hotel just few minutes from historic city centre of Manchester & walking distance away from all activities with different tastes.

To get panoramic view of Manchester & surrounding countryside is to book the highest floor. Recommended: The 23 floor is must place to visit to get the best view while you are eating your lunch or dinner
My 4th stay, great location and facilities. room is very clean. great value for money. I have stayed at diff budget hotels in Manchester City and found this is the best, given the price range and the distance so close to city centre.
Staff were very helpful especially the new receptionist from Hong Kong (forgot to ask her name but she was at night shift on 11-12th) , she is so nice and attentive.
Great location 10min walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station.
City centre location great.
Brilliant old architectural building but looking tired.
Room size was ok but the bed mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. In general the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very average.
The hotel staff were very polite and very helpful.
As always the Gardens Hotel was warm, comfortable and reasonably priced for the City centre Hotel it is.
Has always been a pleasant hotel to stay at for my brief stays in Manchester.
This is a modern and comfortable hotel in central Manchester close to the universities and the city centre. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.
