Room was huge not at all what we expected. As we were not able to enjoy the "included breakfast"as we had an early flight, the front desk made up a 'breakfast box to go' for us. Never have been offered this before at any other hotels. Very much appreciated. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Lot of sightseeing and attractive things to see. Fantastic food and restaurants in the city. Convenient public transportation, Taxi and uber services.
In LIS airport, the checking-in line is too long, the check-in waiting time is too long that are compared with other similar or even much bigger airports, It looks chaos in the hall of the airport. LIS airport needs improve its organization work and services.

We really liked the local people, they were relaxed, friendly and helpful. The city in June was busy but did not feel packed and getting around was relatively easy. We bought the 3 day yellow bus pass, which was great value and gave us a good feel for the city. We saw many of the key sights, squares and viewing points, as well as experiencing the trams and funiculars. It is a magnificent city and does not disappoint.

Lisbon has a great vibe.
Lisbon has a great vibe. Its also cheaper than many other European cities. The food and service was fantastic. Lots to see and do. A pleasure to walk around stopping at the occasional bar to watch the world go by.

Beautiful city, great food and people and a really nice vibe. I had an amazing six days exploring and getting to love the place, the wonderful skyline etc. The city itself is the attraction more than particular sites or structures, with the exception of the Castle and the surrounding Alfama area. There are endless museums, churches etc that all want to charge you €10-15 and the Lisboa Card scheme seemed overpriced and did not really help. Public transport is very good but hard to fathom. Visit the Parques des Nacoes, Cristo Rei and Belem. Sintra is stunning and easily reached but hellishly overcrowded and about seven more attractions wanting €10-20. I would love to return.

We last visited Lisbon in 2014 and loved the city.
We last visited Lisbon in 2014 and loved the city. We enjoyed our three day stay there this year but found the city to be much more congested than previously, Rather too many tuc-tucs and certainly too many tourists (particularly hen and stag parties) although these bring undoubted financial benefits to the city. In the past, we loved walking around the city and visiting the castle. Everything seemed much quieter and more rleaxed. Sadly, the streets are now much busier and there were lengthy queues to buy tickets for the castle - that was not the case in 2014! Nonetheless, we enjoyed re-visiting Lisbon and it is certainly a city with a buzz!

Every member of staff treated us so warmly, all so professional and a credit to the hotel. Pool and bar area are as beautiful as the photos show. The cocktails, bar food, and breakfast are as good as any 5 star hotel. Good sized room, balcony, bathroom. Fantastic shower. Thomas the Concierge took extra care of us, and when my sunglasses broke, the handyman repaired them. Any issues were addressed immediately. We watched the supermoon rise over Lisbon from the cosy bar seats. A beautiful place. Love this hotel.
This hotel leans to the more "budget" friendly offerings in Lisbon, and for the price, you get excellent value here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean, and in a great location downtown and close to the airport. I had to leave earlier than the breakfast was offered, but the staff offered to pack a small breakfast for me in a bag to take with me in the morning. Marta is the best!!!
I truly couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone wanting to enjoy the very best of Lisbon. My stay was absolutely wonderful — everything was perfect. The communication with the host was warm, easy, and thoughtful. I felt so welcomed and comfortable, like I was at home. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this cared for. A full 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for making my stay 5 stars
Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.
Location, hotel features & decor, delightful & helpful staff, lovely buffet breakfast, service and customer attention. A delightful base whilst in Lisbon exploring the sights and tastes. 5 star.
