The property is right on the waterfront. Great views overlooking the lagoon, minutes from St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s place, and right by the water taxi and ferry stops. Very spacious for our family of 4. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer to get our laundry done after traveling from Rome and Florence. The property is clean and very comfortable, and the staff was great in helping us book a private water taxi to and from the train station.

What an amazing city. The energy of the city was great. The nights were so beautiful and the mornings were quiet and it was wonderful to go to one of the many bakeries and have a coffee and pastry. I would come back to Venice in heart beat. Very clean and the people were fantastic.

We were here for a few days after a sporting event and honestly Venice was not high on my wishlist but I am so glad I went and saw it for myself. The canals are amazing and the major attractions are worth a visit. We didn't find eating and shopping as expensive as we feared and we enjoyed some lovely meals out. The highlight was possibly the trip to Burano. A last minute booking to go there - we just loved the colours of the houses and the shops were touristy but interesting. We liked the boat trip and coming back into Venice was memorable. We probably will not return but would recommend anyone who has not been to do so. We felt 3 nights was just right.

We were only there for 1 1/2 days before catching a cruise but would have like another day. So much to see & do. Wish I had done it earlier in life when I had more energy to do all the stairs but still worthwhile adventure.
Their connections at airports & getting around on Vaporetto are easy if you just look ahead on Youtube.
We did a walking tour & Gondola ride ... highly recommend.
Lots of local inexpensive food markets.
3 day pass for vaporetto advised ... saves a lot of money & confusion!

It is just so unique, it is a must see.
It is just so unique, it is a must see. Felt safe alone, but it is very crowded. Although a small island there are plenty of places to get away from the crowds especially in Cannaregio (like Al Timon wine bar) and the University section Dorsoduro. Colorful Burano is adorable. If you can do a walking or wine/food tour - great to meet local expert and other tourists and really get of the main stree.

Much better value for money than I thought, you can really get around and find some hidden gems from Spritz & Bruschetta deals for €6 and two course tourist menus for €15
Gondola's at €90 for 30mins seems a rip-off so we decided to walk everywhere which gives you such a good view, you can really walk from one end to the other in 1hr or less.
We used the Vaporreto to go from one end of the Gran Canal to the other on a 75min ticket for €9 each.
If you like a stroll and a people watch it's a great place for a couple of days.

I had not been to Venice since 1984 and was excited to visit once again after 40yrs! Venice did not disappoint, this is a must see unique city on the water and on water it is. Purchase a boat taxi pass unless you are able to walk miles everyday. We have traveled all over Italy previously and this was my wife's first time in Venice and she loved it. Cautionary note: beware of the gypsy pickpockets as they are everywhere. Also, of the large crowds near the major sites. Venture off the beaten track like the area Dorsoduro where we stayed really great restaurants, bars and shopping. Take at least 3 days in Venice to ensure to capture the spirit of the city and people. Happy travels.

Excellent , this interior completely immersed in the atmosphere of Italy . The furniture, the walls, the windows, it is the perfect place for the atmosphere of Venice . I am in awe of the people who work there and grateful for such hospitality.
The balcony overlooking the bridge, I will never forget. It's the best I could have chosen
con tutta l'anima. Bravo Rozala 🫶
what they show in the pictures is what you get and can trust what they say! overall good facility although our experience in all Italy is that a star rating of the hotel do not match the expectation of the international travelers! in Italy and Venice, expect 0.5 to 1 star lower !
The room was quiet & comfortable after staying in busy, noisy Rome. The breakfast was good & Franchesca made amazing cappuccinos! Michele & Franchesa at the front desk were always helpful & greeted us warmly. One of our best hotel stays out of seven while in Italy.
This boutique hotel is amazing! We visited Venice many times, this is the best experience by far! very attentive service, family suite room is specious and warm (in December). also highly recommend the restaurant on site
The room is very sweet and cute, and I like it very much. The host is so kind to tell me all the apparatus of the room and give me a map for take a round at Venice. It is the best room that I stay in Italy.
