Great apartment right in the old town of Belgrade, with many terraces nearby. The building itself is quite old, hence the old town, but the lobby and the apartments very well renovated. We stood there just one night and arrived after the check-in hours, including leaving before check-out time. However, self check-in option was super helpful.

Historical places, local restaurants and easy-to-walk...
Historical places, local restaurants and easy-to-walk pavements are intermingled. I really like Belgrade. It is a city where Yugoslavian breezes meet with the Ottoman past and Western directions. Plus, graffities and murals on the walls are the basic evidence of city's dynamic political and sportive fabric. And... free public transportation is the cherry on top!

Belgrade sits at the confluence of the Danube and the Sava, a very special location. There is a lot of history, though sadly most of the old buildings were destroyed by the Turks, Austrians, Hungarians and Germans over the centuries. But the Castle, overlooking the Danube and the Sava, is impressive and well worth a visit, as is the National Museum, which is well laid out with good commentaries in Serbian and English. The old city is easy to walk around. There is plenty of choice for good eating at reasonable prices. We ate at a good Georgian Restaurant as well as Serbian places. Wine is quite expensive though, even the local wine. The people are friendly and English is widely spoken, at least where tourists go, just don't try to hurry them!

I had visited Belgrade several times before but never for 5 days, so I was very nicely surprised by how good the city is. Public transport is free. If you stay downtown you can just walk everywhere. Huge amount of cafes and restaurants. Getting a taxi is more of a hustle.

Center of town is clean and nice.
Center of town is clean and nice. Lots of shops and restaurants. However the rest of the city is rather tired and not so clean. Beware of the traffic and crazy drivers. There is no such thing as traffic laws there. Bit scary to drive there. You can easily have an accident if you do not be super careful. Avoid driving at all costs. Besides that people are friendly.

I go to Belgrade to visit friens and family, and to see a dentist who is better and less expensive than anyone I can find in Switzerland.
Young people from everywhere like it a lot, because it is inexpensive and has good entertainment. Public transportation is good and free. There are some excellent restaurants.
The down side is that polution is bad in Summer and worse in Winter. Driving is difficult, and it is virtually impossible to find parking downtown, but taxis are plentiful and relatively inexpensive.
Like in all big cities, you have to watch for pickpockets.

A bit like Prague without the tourists. I had Good weather which helps. The bus and trams are free, why aren't more people using them. I think Belgrade is the only city that has free public transport.

Very tidy and lovely apartment with everything you need. The location is a showstopper, super central in one of the best areas in Belgrade. Everything was super clean. One of the things that impressed us was the view, just outstanding! Our host was there when we needed her and always sharing tips and knowledge about the area. All in all it was the best booking I had had and we will definitely visit again. Thanks for everything Nevena!

It’s the best hotel I have ever stayed . There is someone in reception 24/7 , always helpful with a smile in their faces . Everything was as I expected from what I had read . The room I stayed in was the Junior Suite , it was exactly like the pictures . I didn’t face any problem . I will stay there again in my next trip to Serbia .
Excellent service! Extremely polite staff! Cleanliness in the hotel is at a high level!
Excellent location close to the city center and the pedestrian area! The breakfast is varied, and the menu even has traditional Serbian desserts and products!
We recommend for a visit to Belgrade!
