A very nice balcony and spacious room. The size of the pool like an Occean. The breakfast is amazing. However, the bathroom needs attention, such the mirror is loose, the shower house is stiff and going in all directions and causes a leak through shower glass. Otherwise, everything is good.

We loved our visit to Marrakech. It is a fascinating city which more than lives up to its reputation. However, it was unusually hot during our stay and this meant it was difficult to move about comfortably during the middle of the day - drink lots of water. People are friendly but visitors need to be prepared for the crush of humanity in the souks and the constant attentions of shop keepers. The city feels safe, even late in the evening, but the need to find your way through narrow and often tunnel-like streets can feel a little unnerving. Also beware of side-hustles by would-be "guides" who are only trying to make a few dirhams. There are lots of good restaurants - be guided by hotel advice. Be aware that choosing a Riad hotel is not for everyone - often buried in side streets and lacking many facilities - but making up for this with a real sense of authenticity - and lots of kind and very helpful staff. Be prepared to walk some distance to Riad hotels - that may require the help of porters to carry bags.

I was a single traveler in my 60s and felt comfortable walking about the Medina and felt safe. Central location of my hotel, Héritage Lalla Aicha Hotel & Spa was important as it was within the Medina but back just far enough that it was quiet at night. I'd recommend a Riad as the environments are so wonderful. My Riad provided a restaurant, bar (wine and beer), dipping pool, Hammam and massages. During my one week stay, it was wonderful to spend quiet, relaxing times in my Riad room enjoying the pool and hamman as well as a glass of wine. Within the Medina, most tours have a pickup point as cars are restricted. My pickup point was Cafe France which was just a 5-minute walk from my Riad. I used 'Get Your Guide' as it offered most of the tours found on Viator but cheaper. Highly recommend Dinner In The Sky which I booked thru their website. Their pickup/dropoff option provided a very professional driver. Booked my taxis and airport transfers thru Booking.com as I didn't want the drama that can come with taxi drivers. Thru WhatsApp, my drivers would send photo of their license plate, car and of themself. A lot of traffic outside Cafe France but I quickly found my rides and always asked them to state who they were picking up before entering the car. Outside of the Medina walls, expands a more modern, bustling city that I spent little time in.

people can be very rude in the Medina if you do not buy from them. It's like they expect you to give them money. Other than that the city is nice, with a lot of history and easy to take day tours around

my mobile phone was stolen and nowadays I have problems to recover all my accounts (bank, social media, etc.) Take care about the guys in motorcycle. It was around 5:30 a.m. They appear when nobody expect them. Other point ist that the city is the dirtiest I saw in Morocco. There are some interesting places, but they have to improve in the security.

I loved coming to Marrakech.
I loved coming to Marrakech. I was a little nervous at first because I keep reading about how women should avoid Morocco. However, once I arrived in Marrakech those warnings turned out to be false based on my experience. Instead, I was greeted with nothing but hospitality. The airport was incredibly organized, our Riad was exceptional, the people were warm and charming, the hammam was pure luxury and the experience unforgettable.

Speechless - The staff were amazing. It was a special trip for both me and my partner and the hotel knew this, they really made us feel special and catered for every need of ours, in addition to organising our activities. It felt seemless and I will never forget my experience. We loved the ambience and mood of the hotel, particularly at night, where we preferred staying at the hotel instead of going out. The mood and atmosphere was almost zen like, and we felt happy, relaxed and to me felt like more than even a 5 star hotel
Location is perfect for Agadir. Walking distance to marina and has free parking on site.
All meals had great choice and excellent quality. Tried Moroccan restaurant and it was perfect.
Hotel spotlessly clean in all areas.
Bar choice excellent for an all inclusive (not your usual cheap alcohol) cocktails are great which is a huge plus. Staff throughout the vicinity are very polite and work very hard. Spa/hammam was brilliant, very relaxing.
Overall, definetely the best hotel in Agadir!
We stayed in a 5 star hotel for most of our Marrakech holiday but moved to the Riad for a unique boutique experience. While we did not expect a 5 star hotel experience, there was a lovely personal service facilitated by Jamilah and Reda. Very close to the souk but the roofp terrace was very quiet and peaceful. Bring your own nespresso capsules as machine is available on the rooftop.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The bedding and towels were just perfect!! The staff Khalid, Zakaria and Karim are the nicest and the most helpful people. Fatim Ahra's breakfast was excellent! We will definitely recommend the Riad to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. 5 stars!! Thank you all for a great time.
