It was very centrally located, extremely comfortable, and super clean. The people at the front desk were very nice and were able to help me with whatever I needed. Having a market and lounge area on the second floor was amazing. I was excited to get back to the hotel each night after a long day of walking.

The city is in a very big construction work atm, thus some places and streets are less accessible and noisy. The vibe did changed to a more sterile environment, and we all know, the surrounding reflects the people. So the changes in Rotterdam are to big compared to the 18 years I lived in and then 5 years of visiting...

We really enjoyed Rotterdam.
We really enjoyed Rotterdam. It’s not as busy as Amsterdam, but it’s a beautifully developed city with plenty to offer in terms of sights and activities. The harbour cruise was a highlight, along with other must-see spots. Rotterdam is also a perfect base for day trips to places like Den Haag, Gouda, and other nearby destinations. We’d definitely return — it’s a fantastic city for exploring not just Rotterdam, but the rest of the Netherlands too.

We were here to look for accommodation for my son starting a new job. Accommodation hunting was traumatic - rental agents do not understand customer service, communication is awful, false advertising etc! Start early and well before. Even with an EU passport the struggle was awful!! Netherlands needs to enforce more tenant protection rights - lots of abuse to tenants by estate agents.
Ideally for a holiday 3-4 days is ideal.
Although we live and have great access to visit the Kruger National park, we do not ideally like zoos but we really enjoyed the visit to the Zoo to see the red panda and many others.
Mini World (miniature town) was well worth the visit.
Keukenhof trip to see the tulips was lovely too.

We ventured from Amsterdam to Rotterdam and we are glad we did. Modern, vibrant and different. We wandered about, ate some fantastic seafood and slept soundly in the comfy Savoy Hotel bed. Went to a concert at Ahoy and found our trip home to Cozy Cottage a simple jump onto bus 70. Off to The Hague next.

Excellently located in the heard of Rotterdam, just 10 minutes walking from the Central Station and all touristic attractions, in a building that does not predispose for such comfort and nice atmosphere. The parking place it was literally 1 minute walking from the hotel. We were given an almost huge 3-bed room, with a spacious bathroom and wonderful city view. The room was clean and luminous. Staff was friendly and breakfast was quite rich and assorted, more like a brunch buffet than a simple hotel breakfast. Strongly recommended.
Everything was great: big spacious room, very clean, the owners are great and location is just perfect. If we haven‘t booked a room here, we would have missed a great and beautiful part of Rotterdam. Drinks (sodas and water) are included in price. On the first floor and behind the hotel are a lot of great delis, small backery and around 700 meters - supermarket and a station, so you are nicely connected to the center. We would definitely book again!
The room is styled very modern including the bathroom. Nice rain shower with reliable hot water unless you stand underneath it for 30 minutes. (but why would you)
The room was clean, comfortable beds, and the location gives direct access to every part of the Rotterdam's city centre.
Needed a last minute hotel, so stumbled on this one by accident. Will be my "go-to" from now on.
Very comfortable room, great pillows and the location is excellent, just across from Rotterdam Centraal Station. The hotel has great facilities and is comfortable to stay at. It's very close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Milano was quite easy to get to from Rotterdam Centraal Station, and breakfast was pretty good. It's possible to leave your bags well before check-in, so you can go explore Rotterdam without having to carry all your luggage.
