The staffs were very kind and helpful and the location was great. It was too close to everywhere, so easy to access. The staffs helped us too much during check-in and even after check-out by keeping our backpack so that we can continue visiting the city.

Be aware of the taxi drivers in the airport when you arrive. They are aggressive and pushy. Use Bolt application for any transportation.

The GOOD:
The GOOD:
Georgia, as a country, is very beautiful and has natural beauty, where you can experience the rivers, mountains, and lush greenery. The country is beautiful, and so are the roads and highways in general.
Good for a short visit experience.
THE DRAWBACK:
The immigration is very unwelcoming and exhibits very rude and racist behaviour. The Georgian people, especially the younger generation, are very unfriendly. The older generation people are more sober, welcoming, and respectful of tourists.
Overall, the landscape is beautiful, but the people are not!

Interesting, exciting town.
Interesting, exciting town. Lots of places to visit around the city too, but the quality of tours can vary. Do not get a bilingual tour. Your guide will invariably be more fluent in one language than the other, so you will not get a balanced commentary in terms of time, and half of what you here, you won't understand. There is no end of tourist attractions, good places to eat, and places of historical, religious, and cultural importance both inside the city and within commutable distances. Prices are reasonably low but food and drink in tourist areas are not cheap. There are lots of beggars everywhere and currency exchanges can be dishonest - and pass torn notes, which are rejected by businesses, even if the tear is tiny. The people can be a bit surly and customer service is rudimentary at best - a lot of soviet-style indifference and aloofness is discernible in the people. That said, they are not hostile and the city is safe.

Tbilisi city is fine, nothing amazing.
Tbilisi city is fine, nothing amazing. The outskirts of the country are just amazinggggg and beautiful. The country has a lot of rich history but nonetheless, the Georgian people are rude, grumpy and lazy everywhere and they hate tourists so it makes it impossible for us to actually enjoy the country.

It's a very stylish and romantic boutique hotel hidden away on a narrow curving street, right in the middle of an authentic neighbourhood in old Tblisi. It's only a stones throw from the main thoroughfare, Rustaveli Ave, and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the touristy part of town. The decorations and rooftop terrace are full of atmosphere, and all the facilities and the breakfast were great. This was our final stay in Georgia and a really nice way to cap off our time in this beautiful country.
We were greeted by very friendly staff on arrival at 6 AM.
The room was impeccably clean. Bathroom was stocked with amenities (dental kit, shampoo/shower gel etc.). Minifridge also had 2 small bottles of water, great after a long flight.
Extensive fresh breakfast with both Georgian and western food was included.
The bar on the rooftop terrace offers wonderful views of Tbilisi.
As the hotel only opened a few weeks ago, everything was modern and in perfect condition.
The property was set in a fascinating area of the old town. So much to do nearby with great eating places closeby. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were so helpful. The thermal baths are next door and the hotel gives you discount for using it. We went there and it was a great experience. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Mostly Georgian food but very tasty with plenty to pick from.
The best hotel ever! I often travel to Georgia, of all the hotels, Jazz Hotel is the best. good service, frequency, comfortable location. It is located 20 minutes from the city center, the area is quiet, there are no traffic jams and it is calm, there are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby and you can walk along the Tbilisi Sea. I advise everyone!
The location is in the center of city attractions, accessible, and you will witness a beautiful scenic city view of georgia. The main road from the Inn is just 2-3mins walk. The place is tidy and peaceful! The staff is friendly. The price is cheaper as compared to a hotel but would be the ideal for travel/tour purposes.
